Vitality Grove

A neighbourhood,
not a resort.

Vitality Grove is a 12-hectare village in Puerto Los Cabos, built around a working grove of mango and citrus trees. Stays that change your chemistry. Residences that change your daily life. We design the environment so the healthy choice is the default.

“After three decades of shaping Flora, Vitality Grove is the next chapter in our story. I’ve spent years searching for a piece of land where a community could be created from the ground up. In this place, I wanted to carry forward the forces that drive Flora, and evolve it into something that could truly enhance the vitality of people’s lives.”

Patrick Greene, Founder

What it is

11.6 hectares of elevated terrain inside Puerto Los Cabos.

Vitality Grove sits twenty minutes from San José del Cabo airport. Five components share the land: a chef-led restaurant, a retail village, a wellness centre and longevity clinic, a 30-room hotel, and 133 residences across founder lots, single-family homes, condos, and mixed-use blocks. The grove itself, more than two thousand mango and citrus trees, stays. Phase one opens with the public realm: dinner and retail come first.

Why it works

The healthy choice as the structural default.

The thesis behind Vitality Grove is uncomfortable for the wellness category. Most wellness resorts deliver the opposite of what they promise. They sell transformation and deliver consumption. The transformation only sticks if the environment supports the new behaviour after the guest leaves, and resorts are designed to be left.

We took the opposite approach. Walkable layout. Visible food production. Communal eating as the architectural norm. Daily rituals built into the landscape. Residents who model the lifestyle for visitors. Friction engineered out of the habits we want to encourage.

Where the proof comes from

Flora Farms is the proof.

Mango Grove Hospitality has operated Flora Farms in San José del Cabo for three decades. Three hundred thousand guests a year. One hundred million in assets stewarded. Michelin Guide recognition. More than a hundred and twenty private events annually.

Vitality Grove takes the principles refined at Flora and applies them at village scale. The same team designs and operates both.

The phasing

Experience first. Real estate second.

Phase one opens with the restaurant, the retail village, and public access to the grove. The hotel, residences, and full health grounds follow over six years. We build the experience first, then the real estate. This is deliberate: buyers commit to a place that already works rather than to a render.

See the village

Seven things working together. The grove, the restaurant, the residences, the hotel, the health grounds, the retail village, and the daily rhythm that connects them.
