Nearly 20 years ago, Patrick drew on this expertise to create Flora Farms, where the built environment seamlessly blends into the fertile landscape to provide meaningful connection. Sergio is an accomplished executive with over 35 years of experience spanning manufacturing, retail, real estate, and hospitality. He has held senior leadership roles including CEO of Home Depot México, where he led more than 16,000 employees and drove nation-wide business expansion with record profitability, and CEO of Bed Bath and Beyond Mexico. His expertise covers strategic planning, finance, HR, sales, operations, and organisational transformation. He serves as a board member and advisor to leading companies and industry associations, including Tim Horton’s Mexico. Sergio holds a Master’s in Administration and Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey, with advanced executive programs at IPADE and Emory University.

Sergio holds a degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management from The Institute of Culinary Education NYC, a Law and Finance degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and postgraduate studies in Real Estate Development at EGADE. He has broad experience in residential and commercial real estate development across multiple states in Mexico, with a strong focus on envisioning and concept development. For the past six years, Sergio has worked alongside Patrick Greene at Flora Farms and has played a key role in shaping the vision and development of Mango Grove Hospitality and Vitality Grove since its inception.

Jake’s focus is on turning unreasonable hospitality into durable economics. He holds a BSc in Economics and an MBA in Business. After relocating to Mexico in 2020, he worked closely with Patrick Greene during the formation of Mango Grove Hospitality. He has spent years understanding why Flora Farms has been successful and translating that vision into guiding principles that steer MGH today. Jake’s work revolves around curating spaces and programming within projects that elevate the guest experience, developing clear pathways that move guests from first visit to repeat custom to patronage.

Inés holds a degree in Economics and International Relations from ITAM, with additional programs in Sustainable Finance and Risk Analysis at ITAM, and Real Estate Investments and Asset Management at Cornell. She is part of the Investments team at MGH. Previously at Invex Capital, she led financial analysis and project management for Boca de Agua (a boutique hotel in Bacalar) and a masterplan development in Valle de Guadalupe.

Teodoro is an experienced Investment Director with extensive expertise managing luxury hotel and residential developments. With over eight years working alongside leading real estate private equity firms in Mexico, including Thor Urbana and MIRA (an affiliate of the Denver-based Black Creek Group), he most recently served as Director of Financial Planning at Irongate, where he underwrote results, asset-managed portfolio profitability, and facilitated financing across Irongate’s real estate Land Development and Hospitality portfolio. His experience spans luxury hospitality projects, large-scale residential developments, and complex land-use planning.
